We charge on the basis of a number of factors laid on by the Law Society guidelines
i.e. nature, type and complexity of the matter, value of transaction, speed of action required and time involved.
We ensure that our clients are informed of the basis on which the fees are to be charged on each matter at the outset that is to say whether it is on a fixed fee basis as with residential conveyancing matters or at an hourly rate as with litigation and commercial conveyancing matters.
We aim to keep clients informed of fees and disbursements incurred during the course of the matter and we are always willing to discuss the aspect of costs with our clients.
We hold a Legal Services Contract in Family Law matters which has been awarded to us by the Legal Services Commission - a body which administrates publicly funded advice and conduct of cases. We have been awarded this Franchise beacuse we have met and continue to meet the high standards of quality which the Legal Services Commission demand.
